Self-Care is appropriate for anyone experiencing stress, in transition, for people recovering from illness, injury or trauma. All techniques and can be done seated in a chair. Please take good care of yourself and adapt for your current physical condition. Manage stress, burnout and depression and feel better.
You can expect:
– scalp massage
– tapping and meridian stimulation
– different kinds of breathing and breathwork
– clearing emotions through laughing, growling, exhaling
– moving the spine with twisting, shuddering, wiggling
– raising the arms up
